These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access our educational platform. Your access to the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. We manage our digital presence from our headquarters at İstiklal Cd. No:142, Beyoğlu, İstanbul, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Our goal is to provide world-class language instruction. To maintain this standard, we require that every user interacts with our content and staff in a professional manner. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the suspension of access to our protected materials and course portals.

The Architecture of Usage
Educational Intent
Our services are strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use. Users must provide accurate information during enrollment. Misrepresentation of identity or academic history is grounds for immediate termination of your student status.
Curriculum Ownership
All lesson materials, proprietary methodologies, and audio-visual assets provided on brightmeadow.space are the exclusive intellectual property of Brightmeadow Language Academy. Recording, distributing, or reselling these assets is strictly prohibited.
Service Limitations
While we aim for 100% uptime, Brightmeadow does not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw courses, schedules, and digital features without prior notice to maintain quality standards.
Financial Engagement Standards
All course prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise specified. We utilize encrypted payment gateways to ensure the security of your financial data. Payments are due in full upon registration unless a formal scholarship or installment plan has been approved by the Admissions office.
Brightmeadow Language Academy does not store full credit card details on our servers; all processing is handled by third-party PCI-DSS compliant providers.
Our primary goal is student satisfaction. However, to maintain administrative stability, refunds follow a tiered schedule:
- Full Refund: Request submitted 14 days prior to course commencement.
- Partial Refund (50%): Request submitted between 13 and 7 days prior to start.
- No Refund: Requests made less than 7 days before start or after the course has begun.
Registration fees and digital material costs are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Interaction in our forums, live sessions, and comments must remain professional. Hate speech, harassment, spamming, or disruption of the learning environment will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund. We foster an inclusive environment where language learners from all backgrounds are welcome.
Statutory Compliance
Governing Jurisdictions
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan).
Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
Force Majeure
Brightmeadow Language Academy is not liable for failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, strikes, or widespread internet outages.
